MOTM – January 2015/16

Congratulations to Alvin Tay for winning the January MOTM! He had some very good performances this month and won comfortably in the end with a 31 points margin.

Alvin’s team was the Team Of The Week (TOTW) twice in January, in GW20 and GW23. He also used 2 of his Chips in the MOTM race, Wildcard in GW21 and Bench Boost in GW22. He was leading right from the beginning with his TOTW performance in GW20 and consolidated his place with the above mentioned Chips to allow him to have a big 19-points lead before the last GW. Another TOTW performance despite other managers playing their Chips meant that he finished very strongly. He also did not take any point hits in January.

Ivan Lee came in 2nd and he tried to make a final dash in the last GW of January by using his All Out Attack Chip but it did not earn him enough points to overtake Alvin. Philip also tried to chase in the last GW with his Triple Captain Chip and he did very well with a 36-points captain. But the gap between him and Alvin was too big and so Philip could only finished in 3rd.
